I should know because i Grew up and lived there for 19 years of my life. It is very secluded but It's not too far away from towns like Fredericksburg (22 miles) and Mason (22 miles). It does have a general store/resturant (under new managment) that supply you with your need until the next trip into "town" I am working my butt off to get back and retire there on the land I grew up on.
